Official from Dnipro who was injured in a car explosion has died in the hospital.


During today's car explosion in Dnipro, official Yuriy Fedyko sustained injuries, as a result of which he died in the hospital while receiving medical assistance. This was reported by D1 publication, referring to 'Glavkom'.
The official's deputy, Olga Kozlova, confirmed the fact of Yuriy Fedyko's death, the publication reports.
There is currently no detailed information about the condition of Fedyko's wife, who also suffered as a result of the explosion.
On the morning of April 4, an explosion occurred in Dnipropetrovsk region, as a result of which Yuriy Fedyko, head of the Left Bank administration, and his wife were injured.
Preliminary information indicates that Yuriy Fedyko was in intensive care after the injury, reports 'Glavkom'.
Local residents reported that the official had received threats earlier.
