Diplomat states that Russia is forming a strike force for an attack on the Baltic States and Poland.

Ukrainian politician and diplomat Roman Bezsmertny stated that Russia is preparing for a possible attack on the Baltic States and Poland. He emphasized that, although there are no conditions in Russia for conducting large-scale offensive operations, the threat should not be underestimated.
Bezsmertny also noted that a military-strategic group is being formed on the territory of Belarus and neighboring regions of the Russian Federation. This confirms the theses that were announced by the President of Ukraine about the direction towards the Baltic States.
It was previously reported that Russia is conducting exercises that could simulate a possible attack on Finland and the Baltic States. Western leaders of the North Atlantic Alliance expressed concern that they cannot independently defend Europe from Russia without support from the United States.
Thus, there is a real threat that in the event of a third world war, Russia could attack the Baltic States and Finland, which border it. This poses a threat to the security of all of Europe and requires an increase in defense spending.
