The agricultural land market in Ukraine in 2025 remains active and interesting. According to data from the analytical platform Opentadatabot, the average price per hectare of agricultural land in June fell to 60,713 UAH compared to May. This trend reflects both regional peculiarities and external factors affecting prices. The highest land value is recorded in the Ivano-Frankivsk region, amounting to 172,872 UAH per hectare, while the cheapest land is located in the Zaporizhia region at a price of 31,869 UAH per hectare. The difference between these figures is quite significant, indicating changes in the market. The volume of sold lands has decreased, changes in ownership and buyers are taking place, but overall the market remains active. It is forecasted that land prices will continue to rise in the future, taking into account regional features and external factors. Experts advise expecting further changes in the market structure and emphasize state support programs.
