The most popular months for vacation are July and August, when the beaches and the city are crowded with vacationers.

According to local realtor Victoria Turoverova, this summer rental prices in Odesa have risen significantly. In July and August, the demand for accommodation by the sea is high, and many apartments are already occupied. Prices vary from 2500 to 3000 hryvnias and above per day. And even in August, owners do not plan to lower prices due to high demand and the tourist season. Currently, the most sought-after properties are apartments by the sea or in new buildings with high service, which are reserved in advance.

"Of course, July and August are the months when there are a lot of bookings, almost all apartments are taken by me. The season is high, many people are coming. In August, it does not end either — it quiets down somewhere after September 1, when children go to school," says realtor Victoria Turoverova.

Renting housing in September

In September, the vacation season ends, and property owners in Odesa begin to think about long-term rentals. According to realtors' estimates, in the first weeks of autumn, it becomes significantly more difficult to rent an apartment daily due to falling demand. Therefore, owners decide to rent out housing for a long Time even before September begins to avoid downtime and losses.

"As a manager, I want to quickly rent out the apartment for a long time at the end of August, at the beginning of September. There will be a lot in September, and it will be harder to rent it out.
