• railroad elements;
• monuments, gravestones;
• items of cultural or historical value;
• municipal items.

When disposing of a car as scrap, you must have documents proving ownership. Without official documents, scrap reception points will not work with you. So it's better to ensure that you have the necessary documents before transportation.
