Salaries in Kyiv: what is the average level in April 2025.

Salary levels in the capital vary significantly depending on the position – from 18,000 to 50,000 hryvnias. Over the past year, the average salary in Ukraine has increased by 20%, which is approximately 4,000 hryvnias. Currently, capital salaries are among the highest in the country.

The highest paid professions in Kyiv are sales managers and sales representatives, who earn an average of 32,500 hryvnias. Drivers earn about 30,000 hryvnias, while customer service managers earn 28,000 hryvnias. Chefs and accountants receive an average salary of 25,000 hryvnias. Waiters (22,300), warehouse workers (22,000), and office managers (21,500) have worse conditions. The lowest salaries among the analyzed professions belong to baristas and cashiers – an average of 19,000 hryvnias.

The first deputy mayor received 408,952.94 hryvnias, while the deputy head received 338,315.05 hryvnias.
