Ukrainian Navy: Crimea is a 'black hole' for Russian air defense systems.

Russia is losing a record number of air defense systems in temporarily occupied Crimea
Since the beginning of 2025, there has been an incredible destruction of air defense systems on the Crimean peninsula. This information was provided by the spokesperson of the Ukrainian Navy, Dmytro Pletenchuk.
'For the Russian occupiers, Crimea is an important symbolic asset, so they are ready to transfer air defense systems from other directions to protect the peninsula,' Pletenchuk explained.
Despite the enemy's attempts to equip the peninsula with air defense systems, this does not yield the desired results. Strikes by the Ukrainian Navy and the Main Intelligence Directorate inflict significant damage on Russian equipment.
'International sanctions and the shortage of imported electronics are complicating the aggressor's situation, making the restoration of air defense systems an increasingly complex task for Russia,' the spokesperson of the Ukrainian Navy emphasized.
Since the beginning of 2025, significant destruction of air defense systems has been recorded on the Russian-occupied Crimean peninsula. This indicates the successful actions of the Ukrainian military in this region.
