Compensation for the injured has not been charged - where to complain.


If the compensation for injury to a serviceman of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has not been charged, he has the right to appeal this inaction of the relevant authorities. This can be done in several ways.
Experts from the Legal Goncharenko Center explained this.
Appealing the lack of compensation for the injured
A serviceman who was injured during combat has the right to appeal the non-payment of compensation.
'If, after submitting the documents, the payment has not been charged, this is a reason for immediate appeal to higher authorities. Do not hesitate to submit reports and complaints, as these are your legal rights that need to be protected' - explained the director of the Legal Goncharenko Center Mykola Bryukhovetsky.

Where to complain if the money has not been charged
There are four different ways to appeal the non-payment of compensation.
The injured serviceman has the right to contact:
- Ministry of Defense of Ukraine (email: [email protected], mail: Kyiv, Air Forces Ave., 6);
- Department for the Protection of the Rights of Servicemen at the Ministry of Defense;
- Ombudsman (tel. 0 800 501 720);
- Ombudsman for the Protection of Servicemen's Rights (email: [email protected]).
'If you do not receive a result from appeals to these authorities, you can file a lawsuit, keeping copies of all complaints and responses' - the experts emphasized.
