The spokesperson for the Ukrainian volunteer army 'South', Serhiy Bratchuk, stated that strikes on military facilities in Russia using long-range weapons will change the situation at the front. He emphasized that these facilities are important and will be targeted. Bratchuk also noted that many military facilities in the Russian Federation can be attacked using Western long-range missiles. He added that this is necessary, as the enemy only understands force. The spokesperson remarked that Ukrainian intelligence is aware of the facilities on the territory of temporarily occupied Crimea, so no permission from allies is needed to strike them.
