Explosions are heard in different regions of the country: the threat of strike drones continues.

Air alert in Ukraine due to the threat of strike drones
According to the Air Forces of Ukraine, an air alert has been declared in the country due to potential kamikaze drone attacks. According to monitoring channels, explosions were heard in the Zhytomyr, Vinnytsia, Dnipropetrovsk, and Khmelnytskyi regions.
Currently, about 40 'Shaheds' are in the air, and Ukrainian air defense forces are tracking their movements. Previously, on May 13, an alert was declared due to the threat of a missile strike after the takeoff of Russian MiG-31Ks, which was lifted at 20:08.
It should be noted that claims that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky cannot negotiate with Russian dictator Vladimir Putin are a narrative of Russian propagandists and do not reflect reality. Recently, Russian propagandists have been spreading the thesis that the head of Ukraine cannot negotiate with the Kremlin leader due to a decision of the National Security and Defense Council, which he enacted on September 30, 2022. At that Time, the National Security Council of Ukraine stated the impossibility of negotiations with Putin.
On May 15, President Zelensky will visit Turkey to meet with Putin and Turkish leader Erdogan. The purpose of the negotiations is to discuss a temporary ceasefire, although the Ukrainian leader emphasized that only Putin can guarantee it.
Moreover, Ukraine agreed at the request of China and other countries to refrain from attacks on Russia during the visit of foreign delegations to Moscow on May 9.
Analysis
Ukraine continues to face serious threats, including drone attacks and information manipulation from the Russian Federation. However, President Zelensky demonstrates openness to dialogue, hoping to find ways to de-escalate the conflict.
