A tragedy occurred in Moscow - Russian hockey player Oleg Hofman died after falling from a sixth-floor balcony. He left this world at the age of 23. Hofman was a graduate of Moscow's 'Dynamo' and played for the youth team that won the Kharlamov Cup in 2021.

The hockey player also played for various teams in the Russian Hockey League, including 'Sokol' from Krasnoyarsk, 'Dynamo MO', and Tula's 'AKM'. In the 2024/25 season, Hofman played for the Kazakh 'Beybaris'.

Hofman's agent Sergey Paremuzov confirmed that the athlete's death was not violent. 'This was not a violent death. It may have been an accident,' Paremuzov stated.
