The Components of the Heroes Policy Presented at the Ministry of Veterans.

The main components of the 'Heroes Policy of the Plan for Internal Resilience of Ukraine' are presented at the Ministry of Veterans Affairs.
Deputy Minister of Veterans Affairs Ruslan Prykhodko announced that they are working on all components of the 'Heroes Policy' of the resilience plan of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky. Veteran policy is a priority for the state, and their efforts are aimed at achieving maximum results and effectively implementing decisions.
One of the main components of the Heroes Policy is the national program of respect for Defenders, which includes honoring the memory of fallen Heroes.
Creating a sustainable culture of respect for Heroes and enhancing patriotic education for children and youth is an important aspect of this program. It will be implemented by creating museums, memorials, and commemorative sites at the community level, as well as by introducing local programs to honor Heroes.
Additionally, the components of the policy include the establishment of rehabilitation facilities, creation of veteran spaces in communities for social and economic reintegration of veterans, veteran services, as well as prosthetics and mental health programs. Housing benefits, educational, and employment opportunities for veterans are also being considered.
A separate component is veteran business, which is provided with state support in the form of loans, grants, subsidies, and special quotas. The creation of veteran monopolies for certain types of activities, including private military companies for work abroad, is also being considered.
