In Lutsk, a lawyer was convicted of corruption in the TCC and SP.

The court in Lutsk found the lawyer guilty of abusing her influence over officials of the Territorial Centers for Staffing and Social Support. For corrupt agreements regarding military registration, the woman was fined.

This became known from the court's verdict, which was published in the Unified State Register of Court Decisions.

The woman sought clients who wanted to 'negotiate' to be removed from the register

According to the court's verdict dated June 30, the lawyer, who obtained the right to carry out legal activities in May 2022, began disseminating information about her connections in the TCC and SP among clients and acquaintances as early as January 2025. She offered to help men avoid responsibility for violations of military registration in exchange for a monetary payment.

One such client was a man who moved to Lutsk after the start of the full-scale invasion and took military registration there. Despite this, he was still registered in the electronic register 'Oberih' at his previous place of residence and even got into the wanted list for violating registration rules.

The man wanted to get officially employed and arrange for a postponement of mobilization, so he turned to the lawyer. She claimed that for 1,000 to 1,500 US dollars, she could 'solve the problem' of being removed from the wanted list through her connections in the TCC.

Understanding that this was an illegal scheme, the client contacted law enforcement and acted under their control. After receiving an advance of 500 dollars, the lawyer informed that the 'cost of service' had increased to 4,000 dollars, returned the money, and offered other options.

In particular, she advised the client to register as an IDP in Kivity, Volyn region, where, according to her, TCC workers agreed to remove the man from the wanted list through her mediation. She also promised to postpone the client’s mobilization and reduce the fine to 8,500 UAH instead of the full amount. Later, the lawyer was documented while receiving 3,000 US dollars.

In court, she admitted her guilt, repented, and asked not to deprive her of her freedom. The court, taking into account her sincere remorse and cooperation with the investigation, chose punishment in the form of a fine without restriction of liberty. Thus, the woman is to pay 125,000 UAH.

It is worth noting that a woman who wanted to help her husband escape from Ukraine was tried in the Volyn region.

And in Zaporizhia, a woman who provided positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to Russia and justified the full-scale invasion was brought to criminal responsibility.

Abuse of influence over officials of the Territorial Centers for Staffing and Social Support indicates systemic problems in the field of military registration and corruption. This case is just a drop in the ocean, indicating the need to fight corruption in all areas of Ukrainian society.
