Speed Limits and Video Recording: Drivers Reminded of Important Rules.

Drivers in Kyiv have been reminded of the necessity to adhere to speed limits. Police inspectors continue to monitor speed using TruCam devices to avoid accidents and violations.
The locations where control is conducted are marked by road signs 5.76 - 'Automatic Video Recording of Traffic Violations'. The police urged drivers to be attentive and responsible behind the wheel.
It is emphasized that the maximum allowable speed in populated areas is 50 km/h, outside them - 90 km/h. On roads with separate carriageways divided by a lane, the speed increases to 110 km/h, and on highways, one can drive at speeds up to 130 km/h.
Patrol officers urge: 'Be attentive on the road, adhere to speed limits and take care of safety!'.
We also remind about violations and fines for drivers in 2025.
