The Minister emphasized that Russia artificially complicates the identification process: 'The bodies return in a severely mutilated state, body parts are in different bags. There have been cases where the remains of one person are returned even during different stages of repatriation.'

This may indicate either deliberate actions by the Russians to complicate identification and impose an additional task on Ukrainian experts, or their careless attitude towards their own citizens.
