Fall of Russian Drone Debris in Kyiv Region: Authorities Report Consequences.


In the Kyiv region, during the night of September 9, grass and forest litter caught fire due to the fall of debris from downed Russian drones. This was reported by the head of the Kyiv Regional State Administration, Ruslan Kravchenko.
According to him, enemy strike drones attacked Kyiv region. Air defense forces were active and shot down the drones.
There were no hits on residential and critical infrastructure, and there are no casualties.
"As a result of fallen debris of downed targets outside populated areas in two districts of the region, grass and forest litter caught fire. The fires were extinguished. Operational groups continue to record the consequences of the night attack," Kravchenko said.
Recall that on September 7, due to an attack by enemy drones in the Kyiv region, the air raid alert lasted for more than eight hours. However, residential and critical facilities were not affected, and there were no casualties. "As a result of fallen debris of downed targets in one of the districts, three private houses were damaged. Windows were broken, doors and roofs were damaged," the head of the RSA added. Grass and stubble fires were also recorded outside populated areas in two districts, but they were promptly extinguished.
Earlier it was reported that as a result of strikes by the Russian army in the Kherson region, 11 people were injured.
