Occupants in Mariupol hiding their equipment due to long-range missile threat.

A group of partisans from the Ukrainian movement 'ATESH' has published photos and videos showing how the occupants in Mariupol are moving and hiding their equipment. This information was shared by the resistance movement on their Telegram page.
According to agents, Russian forces are actively moving equipment and personnel to safer areas. This is due to the threat of missile strikes by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, which is causing Russian commanders to be very concerned about the safety of their units and fundamentally changing their positions.
The ATESH partisans continue to track the movement routes of the occupying forces and provide this information to the Defense Forces for further decisions.
Situation in Mariupol
As of October 5, the situation in Mariupol remains tense due to the Russian occupation of the city, which has been ongoing since 2022. As a result of active combat operations, the city has suffered significant destruction, with most infrastructure destroyed or damaged. Mariupol has become a symbol of heroic resistance by Ukrainian military forces, particularly the defense of Azovstal, which lasted for several months.
On the occupied territory, the Russian administration continues to carry out reprisals against pro-Russian citizens. The population of the city lives under constant surveillance and faces restrictions on freedom of speech, movement, and deteriorating living conditions. Arrests and detentions of individuals who express their dissatisfaction with the occupiers occur frequently.
The humanitarian situation in the city remains difficult. The population struggles with access to medical services, drinking water, electricity, and heating. Many people continue to leave Mariupol due to the negative situation and fear of the occupation authorities.
It is worth noting that earlier, partisans destroyed transformer substations that provided the occupiers' base with electricity. It is also known that Russian occupants are building a railway branch to shorten the supply route of military equipment from Rostov-on-Don to Mariupol and Volnovakha. The Mariupol authorities have also closed the municipal cemetery in Stary Krym, Mariupol oblast, citing lack of space.
