Odesa Regional CCC explained why volunteer Sternenko was put on the wanted list.

The Odesa Regional CCC responded to volunteer Serhiy Sternenko's statement regarding his search. According to the CCC message, Sternenko did not report all the details that change the understanding of the situation.
It is noted that Sternenko has already visited the Primorsky RTC and SP, where he paid a fine for violating military registration rules. He also attended the VLC and was aware of his obligations as a conscript.
The CCC assures that Sternenko's search is not related to his criticism of military structures. Military institutions operate within the framework of the law, particularly in accordance with Article 259 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of Ukraine and other regulatory legal acts.
The CCC urges citizens who have doubts about the actions of the CCC and SP to contact the structural units directly to resolve the situation.
Law enforcement agencies revealed a scheme for evading mobilization in Zakarpattia and Vinnytsia. The head of the district CCC offered a conscript money to avoid mobilization, and a lawyer and a member of the military medical commission received money for fictitious certificates of unfitness for service.
