The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry has already sent a diplomatic team led by the Ambassador to France to the site of the incident.

During the night of June 4, drones attacked the 'Nevinnomyssk Azot' plant in the Stavropol region, which is the largest producer of nitrogen fertilizers and ammonia in Russia.
