Protection of Ukrainian citizens
The spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Georgiy Tikhiy, commented on the military operation in the Kursk region of Russia. During the summer of 2024, more than 2000 strikes of various types of weapons were inflicted on Sumy region from the Kursk region.
"Ukraine is not interested in taking over the territory of the Kursk region. But we want to protect the lives of our people," the diplomat emphasized.
