Invaders from Russia continue to attack the positions of Ukrainian troops
In the past day, there were 119 combat clashes with invaders from Russia in Ukraine. The enemy actively attacked our positions and populated areas. However, Ukrainian defenders effectively resisted the enemy in all directions. This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In particular, the situation was especially tense in the Toretsk and Pokrovsk directions, as well as in the Kharkiv, Kupiansk, Lyman, Kramatorsk, and Pokrovsk directions. The invaders tried to advance and organize an offensive, but our defenders successfully repelled their attacks.
An important role in these battles was played by the 54th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after Hetman Ivan Mazepa, the 46th Separate Air Assault Brigade, the 118th Separate Mechanized Brigade, and the 406th Separate Artillery Brigade named after General Horunzhy Oleksii Almazov. They were on constant defense and inflicted significant losses on the enemy. The situation at the front remains tense.
