The general reported how much territory Ukraine controls in the Kursk region.

According to Lieutenant General Ihor Romanenko, the defense forces are not retreating from the territories of the Kursk region. Among them is a monastery in the Kursk region and several settlements in the Belgorod region. Russian propaganda is trying to convince its citizens that they have completely liberated the territories of Russia, but this is not true. Romanenko also noted that Russian propagandists are using the same approaches regarding the Luhansk region.
Recently, the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Russia, Valery Gerasimov, informed President Putin about the completion of the operation to 'liberate the Kursk region.' However, the Ukrainian General Staff stated that this report is not true. The defensive operation continues, and Ukrainian troops are holding their positions and carrying out assigned tasks.
