In June, the beta testing of artificial intelligence in 'Diia' will begin. The AI assistant will help people find necessary services, certificates, and the nearest CNAPs, and in the future will be able to hold conversations through voice. The service's press office reported this, as noted by 'Hlavkom'.

It is also planned that the AI agent will send certificates and will subsequently accompany users throughout the entire service delivery process. For example, if a user describes a life situation, the AI will help understand which specific service they need.

For instance, a user writes: 'A rocket hit my house', then the AI agent understands that you need to receive the service 'eRestoration', send several photos, and then an application is sent to the commission, etc.

In the future, it will be possible to make requests by voice and communicate with 'Diia' just like with other artificial intelligence models.

A breakthrough in the digital sphere

Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov noted that focusing on the implementation of artificial intelligence in 'Diia', it is necessary to reorganize the service of existing services. Recently, consumer attitudes towards AI have changed in the digital world, so it is important to improve the user experience, adapting it to modern requirements.

The Cabinet of Ministers has already supported an experiment with digital employment through the 'Diia' portal. This pilot project will last two years and involves the use of a web portal for job searching - reports 'Hlavkom' according to government decree No. 578.
