Teenagers brutally beat a boy in a basement in Kyiv region. Kyiv region police are verifying the fact of the beating of the young man in Bucha district. The incident occurred in the residential complex of Sofiivska Borshchahivka, located in the outskirts of Kyiv. Police found a video where teenagers are beating the boy.
In the Ryazan region, drones attacked an oil refinery. During the night of January 26, explosions were heard in the region. Witnesses report that drones are flying towards the Ryazan oil refinery. A huge column of smoke rose near the sites after the explosions. A fire broke out at the factory.
